Skills Support Programme

Would your youth theatre like training in a particular theatre skill or area of expertise? Do you want your group to be exposed to a different approach or style of facilitation? Would like some skills support in delivering your workshop programme?
The NAYD Skills Support Programme offers member youth theatres the opportunity to engage an external theatre professional to work with their youth theatre in a particular area of theatre practice. Previous examples include Commedia dell'Arte training and Voice.

Skills Support 2009

In 2009 the skills on offer were Contact Improvisation with Cindy Cummings and Stage Combat with Paul Burke. Paul and Cindy will deliver four sessions to the three youth theatres who made successful applications under the scheme.
