Tearing your hair out trying to find the right script for your group? One of the many challenges in producing quality youth theatre is sourcing material which will meet the practical needs of individual groups and challenge both audiences and performers alike.
Playshare
Playshare is a collection of plays suitable for youth drama and theatre groups, made available through NAYD.
All Playshare scripts have been written specially for or commissioned by/for young people. They vary in length, content and style, but all have been produced by a Youth Theatre at least once.

Copyright for all plays remains with the authors. Permission must be granted prior to production.

NAYD is constantly looking for new work to add to the Playshare collection. If you have produced a new, adapted or devised piece with your Youth Theatre which you feel would be suitable for production by other youth theatres, let us know about it!
